Grilled Venison
Our thanks to Buck Rub for sending in this recipe.


~ boneless deer roast
~ bottle Italian dressing, get the cheap stuff

Place the roast on the grill over medium heat, 250 - 325 degrees.

Baste with the dressing every 10 minutes. Turn as needed.

Cook until internal temp reaches 130 - 140 degrees. Don't overcook!

Let stand 5 minutes.

Slice thin and serve.
