Easy BBQ Deer
Submitted by Marcus Clemmons.

~ deer roast, steaks, backstrap, etc.
~ salt and pepper
~ chopped onion
~ 1 bottle Bullseye BBQ sauce

In a large pot or crock pot, place any part of the deer you want to cook.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add some chopped onion and cover with water.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for a couple of hours or cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours.

Remove when done and allow to cool. Discard water.

When cool, shred or dice into bite size pieces. Return to pot.

Add the sauce and more onion if desired. Stir together.

Heat on low until hot. Stir occasionally.

Serve on buns with your favorite sides.

Enjoy.
