Deer Organ Stew

~ 1 - 10 oz can beef broth
~ 6 oz (1/2 can) Guinness draft beer
~ 2 oz oregano
~ 1 oz dry minced garlic
~ 2 to 4 drops hot sauce or to taste
~ 24 oz of deer heart, deer liver, or both, cut into bite size pieces
~ 1 - 16 oz can diced garlic tomatoes
~ 2 medium potatoes, chopped
~ 2 cups fresh mushrooms
~ 1 white onion, chopped
~ 2 carrots, sliced
~ 2 celery stalks, sliced thin
~ 2 oz flour
~ 2 tbsp grated parmesian or romano cheese

To a crockpot, add the beef broth, beer, oregano, garlic and hot sauce. Cook on low for 1 hour.

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir together.

Cook on low 12 to 15 hours.

Serve and Enjoy!
