Fried Deer Nuggets
Ingredients
- deer, sliced into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- mild or hot breader, (it's like flour only it has spices in it)
- sage
- black pepper
- seasoning salt
- any other spices you enjoy on meat
Instructions
Heat some oil in a deep fryer.
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a ziploc bag. Make sure they are evenly mixed.
Put 2 - 3 nuggets in the bag at a time and shake until covered.
Place the nuggets in the oil and fry until they float to the top.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve and Enjoy!
