Deer Burgers

Deer Burgers
Thanks to Carl Brishaber for sending in this delicious recipe.

~ 2 lb's ground deer
~ 1 tsp garlic powder
~ salt & pepper to taste
~ your favorite cheese

In a bowl, mix together the meat, garlic powder and salt and pepper.

Shape into patties the same size.

Put cheese on top of pattie and cover with another pattie. The cheese will be in the middle.

Fry or grill until done.

Serve and Enjoy!
