Crockpot BBQ

~ 2 – 4 lbs venison roast, cut into 1/2" thick steaks
~ 1 large onion, chopped
~ 1 tsp garlic powder
~ 1/2 tsp pepper
~ 2 cups your favorite bbq sauce
~ 1/2 cup beer

Place the steaks in a crockpot.

Add the onion.

In a bowl combine the garlic powder, pepper, bbq sauce and beer together.

Pour over the meat. Lightly stir together.

Cook on low 4 – 6 hours.

Serve on toasted buns or on the side with your favorite side dishes.
