Deer Yummy Burgers

~ 2 lbs deer burger (ground deer)
~ 4 – 5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
~ 2 eggs, beaten
~ 20 – 30 Ritz crackers, crushed

Crumble the deer in a mixing bowl. Mix in the Worcester sauce.

Let stand in refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes.

Mix in the beaten eggs and the cracker crumbs.

Pat into burger size patties.

Grill over medium heat or fry with a little oil to your desired doneness. Medium to medium-well is recommended.

Serve with your favorite burger fixings.
