Venison and Beef Barbecue Our thanks to Suzanne sending in this recipe.

~ 3 lb venison roast ~ 3 lb beef roast ~ salt and pepper ~ 1/2 cup your favorite bbq sauce ~ 1 1/2 cups ketchup ~ 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce ~ 1 cup water ~ 2 tbsp vinegar ~ 2 tbsp brown sugar ~ 1 large onion diced

Salt and pepper the meat liberally. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
Remove from foil and let cool.
Once meat is cool, cut into small pieces.
While the meat is cooling, mix the other ingredients together in a large pot or dutch oven.
Add the cubed meat to the sauce and simmer for 2 – 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
Serve on rolls with your favorite side dishes. Freeze part for a later date.
