Strawberry Nut Bread

~ 3 cups flour
~ 1 Tsp salt
~ 1 Tsp baking powder
~ 1 Tsp cinnamon
~ 2 cups sugar
~ 4 beaten eggs
~ 1 1/2 cups oil
~ 2 cups thawed berries and juice (2 small cans of berries)
~ 1 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients, then make a well in the center.

Into the well add the other ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten the dry ingredients.

Pour into 5 small greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes, remove from pans.

Serve and enjoy warm, or wrap in plastic wrap for later.

This moist bread freezes well wrapped in plastic wrap. It makes a unique homemade gift for any occasion!
