take a pound of goose meat, cut into cubes, soak in italian dressing overnight, wrap in bacon and BBQ on low for about 10 to 15 minutes add grated parmesan chesse and melt. Let cool and enjoy !!!!

1 pound goose-cut into bite size pieces
1 pound bacon-cut into pieces
slowly cook together with a little butter. Stir fry up some veggies and add the meat serve over rice, the kids loved it
