As the start of Deer season nears this weekend on November 1st, the eyes of Texas are on the Brush Country and the hope of what may come. Could this be the year to bring home that "Muy Grande" deer or will I just be contempt with getting some good meat to cook for the longhorn football tailgate party. What I do know is that I will be out there doing my thing this hunting season as much as I can, gonna bring my son J-Rod along to see if he can bag his first deer also. No matter what, I know that life is good in Texas come deer season!!!
