Take your deer,and lay it on a big tarp,,now skin around the legs and pull hide loose all the down the legs on all four legs,Now make a center cut all the way up the belly to where ever you want on the neck,(there's a lot of good stew meat on the neck),now put you a golf ball in the hide on one of the rear legs,hook that up to a rope and hook both hind legs to something solid so you can pull the hide off with your truck!! Once you get to doing this,you can skin several deer in an hour,,Larry Gene Pate
